It is a perfect time.
Spring is a natural invitation to renewal and new beginnings.
This retreat takes place during the Spring Equinox and New Moon, a rare alignment when both occur at the same time, marking a moment of balance and reset. A time when nature itself is renewing, creating the ideal space to pause, recalibrate, and intentionally choose the direction you want the next season of your life to take.
You leave with:
✔ Clarity on what matters most right now
✔ A grounded vision for the upcoming season
✔ A lived experience of aliveness and insight into how to cultivate it daily
✔ Sense of momentum and simple next steps to follow

Daily Yoga, Breathwork, Guided Cold Plunge Ritual
These practices are not added for comfort.
They are designed for transformation.
Each element works together to regulate your nervous system, bring clarity to your mind, and reconnect you with yourself at your core.
This is somatic work with intention.
Daily Yoga
Yoga will help you arrive fully in your body and begin the day from presence rather than pressure. It will allow you to integrate insights, and gently release what no longer needs to be carried. The rhythm of daily practice builds stability, awareness, and a deeper connection with yourself.
Guided Breathwork
Your breath directly influences your nervous system.
With intentional breathing, stress hormones decrease while dopamine and focus increase. Mental fog softens. Emotional intensity settles. Space opens.
Many people experience:
• deeper calm
• clearer thinking
• emotional release
• renewed energy
It is a reset from within.
The Cold Plunge Ritual
Cold water has long symbolized renewal.
Here, it becomes a conscious identity ritual.
Research shows that cold exposure significantly increases dopamine and strengthens resilience. But beyond the physiology, something powerful happens internally.
You choose to enter discomfort.
You stay present inside intensity.
You experience yourself responding differently.
That moment begins to shift identity.
Our plunge is guided with intention.
You enter aware of what you are ready to release.
You step out embodying who you are choosing to become.
Clear. Grounded. Alive.
Designed as One Integrated Arc
Yoga grounds you.
Breathwork clears you.
Cold water strengthens you.
Together, they recalibrate your baseline state and reconnect you with yourself.
From that place, clarity is not forced.
It arises.
And what arises from that place tends to last.

The Workshops: Where Clarity Happens
Every somatic experience on this retreat is intentional.
The yoga. The breathwork. The cold plunge. The time in nature. The shared meals. The hike. Even the zipline.
They are not separate activities. They are preparation.
They regulate your nervous system. They quiet mental noise. They bring you into your body. They create safety. They build trust within the group.
When your body feels safe and open, your mind becomes clear.
Inside this container, our workshops guide you through reflection, powerful questions, and meaningful discussion with like-minded people. You will explore what truly matters to you. What is complete. What is calling you forward. What your next season wants to look like.
These are not rushed conversations. They are spacious. Intentional. Supported.
You will receive practical tools to clarify your direction and translate insight into aligned action. Not just inspiration. Structure. Language. Decisions.
By the end, you won’t just have ideas.
You will have clarity.
You will have alignment.
You will leave knowing what you are stepping into next.

The Adventure Finale: Zip Into Your Next Season
Our retreat builds toward a powerful closing ritual. One where you don’t just speak your intention. You embody it.
We begin with a boat ride across Lake Travis. Water. Wind. A moment of transition.
Then we hike slightly uphill through Hill Country nature. Just enough effort to feel your body working. Just enough elevation to feel the climb. You move with the group. You feel the ground beneath your feet. The lake beside you. The sky above you.
Then comes the leap.
At Lake Travis Zipline Adventures, we take the shorter Double Barrel Shotgun tour. About 1.5 hours of high-energy flight over water and canyon views. This includes the longest and fastest zipline in Texas, soaring above Lake Travis with wind rushing past and the horizon wide open in front of you.
The sequence mirrors your transformation:
✔ The boat ride. Leaving the old behind.
✔ The uphill hike. Effort. Commitment. Forward movement.
✔ The flight. Trust. Expansion. Embodiment.
This is not just adventure. It is ritual.
You will feel your heart race. You will feel your breath deepen. You will feel yourself choosing your next season with your whole body.
We don’t end retreat quietly.
We end with momentum.
With courage.
With embodiment

Meet Our Private Chef, Horacio
Private Chef • Community Builder • Culinary Experience Creator
Born and raised in Buenos Aires, Argentina, Horacio brings warmth, depth, and global flavor into everything he creates. For him, food is more than nourishment. It is connection. With experience in private dining and global cuisines, Horacio blends traditions into meals that feel elevated yet comforting. Thoughtful. Seasonal. Full of life.
He practices yoga. He embraces cold plunges. He values community. He understands that what we eat shapes how we feel, move, and gather.
On retreat, Horacio creates meals that support the experience. Fresh ingredients. Balanced proteins and vibrant vegetables. Wholesome dishes that satisfy without feeling heavy.
Meals are served buffet or family-style to invite conversation and closeness.
And we won’t just eat.
We will cook together.
Through intimate cooking classes, Horacio will guide us in preparing simple, beautiful dishes. We will chop, stir, taste, and gather side by side. Food becomes sacred again. Ancient. Human.
Cooking is one of the oldest ways tribes were formed. Around fire. Around shared effort. Around shared meals.
On retreat, we return to that.
You will feel nourished.
You will feel connected.
You will feel that you belong.

Mindful Productivity
This retreat is part of the Mindful Productivity Movement, a way of living and creating that brings together presence, aliveness and ambition.
Mindful Productivity is about staying deeply connected to yourself: your body, energy, and inner clarity, while reaching for big, beautiful dreams and meaningful results. It honors our natural desire to grow, learn, and improve, without sacrificing aliveness along the way.
Instead of pushing through life or drifting without direction, this approach integrates awareness with action. You move forward with intention. You dream bigger. You create momentum.
This experience invites you into the way of living, where progress feels aligned, growth feels sustainable, and achievement is something you enjoy from the inside out.

We will be staying in Dripping Springs,
Texas Hill Country: a nature-immersed, glamping-style setting with cozy cabins and shared homes
About Your Guide
Anna Magulyan
Creator of the Mindful Productivity approach and guide for people who want to design a meaningful life, without burning out or losing themselves in the process.

Anna's Story (Why This Work Exists)
Anna's journey began in darkness. For years, she learned how to survive and pull herself out by achieving, pushing, and proving. It worked, until it did not, it led to burnout, panic attacks, and a deep fear of falling back into that darkness again.
She refused to choose between ambition and well-being.
Instead, Anna searched for a way to move forward without sacrificing herself.
Through somatic practices, nervous system regulation, micro-habits, and intentional life design, she discovered how to combine achievement with presence, meaning, and aliveness.
That integration became a method, one that helped her feel grounded, alive, and in motion again, and now help others find clarity, direction, and momentum in their own lives.
